We want to keep you up to date in regards to the Covid-19 coronavirus and how it is affecting not only us and our team but also how it affects you as a valued client during the 2021 tax season. We hope that you are staying safe during this unprecedented time.
Current changes for individual taxpayers
- The tax due date, originally April 15, 2021, for filing or making a payment of your individual 2020 income taxes that are due, has been postponed to May 17, 2021.
- NOTE: The due date has only been extended for Form 1040. If you file any other form, including Form 1041 or Form 1120, the due date is still 4/15/21
- Unfortunately, the IRS has not changed the due dates for the 2021 estimated income tax payments. First quarter is still due 4/15/21 but we will make sure to update you if this changes.
- While Oregon has followed the IRS’ lead and extended the tax filing and tax payment deadline to May 17, 2021, not all states have done this. We will address with you individually on all state deadlines that might or might not line up with the IRS. Like federal, the first quarter Oregon 2021 estimated tax payments is still due 4/15/2021.

Your calls and e-mails will be answered, and we will continue to represent our clients with a high level of client service, responsiveness, and expertise.
Note: our office will be closed even if a staff member is in the office working. Signs will be posted on our front door. There is a drop off/mail slot on our back door by the woman’s restroom.
